Alphega Global Partners was born out of Fairbanks Funds (founded in 1992), a private investment platform established in New York by legendary financier Mr. Ernest Moeller. Early strategic input came from Dick Heckmann, the visionary behind billion-dollar roll-ups like U.S. Filter, K2 Inc., and Heckmann Corp, alongside a core group of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and institutional dealmakers.

From the very beginning, our mission has been clear:
to unlock transformational value through intelligent capital, strategic M&A, digital transformation and scalable innovation.
From Roll-Ups to RASP™
Drawing on the roll-up playbooks of Dick Heckmann and refined through decades of practice, Alphega developed and institutionalized a proprietary investment framework for scale and exit:
- MPA™ – Market → Position → Acceleration
- BOT™ – Build → Operate → Transfer
- RASP™ – Rapid Senior Exchange Process
A streamlined method guiding companies from private scale to senior public listings (e.g. NASDAQ, NYSE), delivering structured growth, valuation optimization, and governance readiness supporting companies through IPO readiness and pre-listing preparation, working alongside appropriately licensed third-party institutions
These frameworks are applied across high-growth sectors including:
clean energy, fintech, medtech, logistics, and AI infrastructure.
A Global Growth Platform
With foundational roots in New York and Silicon Valley, and active hubs in Singapore, Dubai, and Panama, Alphega operates across five continents as a borderless incubator and strategic investment platform for bold ventures.
